This project is being implemented by the Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya (translated in English as Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University), and popularly known as the 'Brahma Kumaris'.
Brahma Kumaris an international institution that imparts spiritual education. particularly the art of Rajyoga meditation, in 110 countries through its network of over 8,500 centres. Its international headquarter is located at Mt.Abu, India. The Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF) is a sister organisation of Brahma Kumaris which engages in serving different professional and social sectors through its eighteen wings.

The Transport and Travel Wing
The Transport and Travel Wing (TTW) of RERF is facilitating this road safety project. It is being implemented by the various centres of Brahma Kumaris.
The TTW had been actively involved in creating awareness and educating people about road safety in various cities across India since year 2008. Varied activities were undertaken every year with a special thrust during Road Safety Week in India (first week of January). Based on the experience of these past services, this new project is designed to reach out to various stakeholder groups at a much wider national level.
All activities of this project, currently, are implemented by the faculty members and spiritual students at various Brahma Kumaris centres. These volunteers belong to various professional and social backgrounds, age groups, religion, race and class and serve together as one world family. They offer their spirit, time, energy and other resources with full commitment for effective implementation of such activities.
